Configurable Reporting of Current Channel Data and Alarm Status via Phone and Email.

Report Name

Unique name for the Report.

 

Type:

Alphanumeric

Max Length:

32 Characters

Excluded:

Unassigned

Note:

This name can be any alphanumeric that you choose, i.e., Dave's Channel Report, Freezers, Hourly Report, etc.  However, whatever system is used, each one must be unique.

Department

The Department that this Report belongs to.

Notification Schedule

24 x 7 Notification Schedule used to set which Notification List is used based on time of day and day of week.

 

Note:  All Notification (Phone, Email and Text Message) functionality for this Report will be disabled by setting the value to "Unassigned".

Active checkbox used to enable or disable all of the report functionality for this Report.

Select Group

Select the Channels to be displayed in the Select Channels list.  Options are All Channels available to the user or a custom, user defined Group of Channels

Select one or more Channels for the Report.

<Ctrl> + Click: Select 1 at a time

<Shift> + Click: Select all in between

Places the form into Update mode for Updating the Report

New

Places the form into Insert mode for Adding a new Report

Insert

Insert Mode - Validates the page and Adds the Report if there are no errors

Update

Update Mode - Validates the page and Updates the Report if there are no errors

Cancel

Update / Insert Mode - Cancels the Update or Insert and places the page in View mode
