Configure Alarm Time Matrix

The Alarm Time Matrix (ATM) provides a method of “Enabling” or “Disabling” channel alarming based upon a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week grid. To “Disable” alarming for a certain day and time, locate the row for that day and column for that time, then check the box . To “Enable” alarming for a certain day and time simply clear the checkbox  in the corresponding row and column.

Once you have configured the ATM to suit your needs, you will need to configure the channels you wish to use the ATM. On the Configure Channels page you can “Enable” the Alarm Time Matrix and select the Matrix to be used for each channel you wish.

Matrix Name

Unique Name for the Alarm Time Matrix.

Type:	Alphanumeric
Max Length:	32 Characters
Excluded:	Unassigned
Note:	This name can be any alphanumeric that you choose, i.e., Weekdays, Weekends, John's Matrix, etc. However, whatever system is used, each one must be unique.

Department

The Department that this Alarm Time Matrix belongs to.

Matrix Checkbox

Alarming Disabled Checkbox used to enable or disable all of the channel alarming functionality for each day (row) and time (column) combination.

Checked:	Alarming Disabled for this day and time combination
Cleared:	Alarming Enabled for this day and time combination

Previous	Selects the Previous Alarm Time Matrix by Number (Number Not Shown)
Edit	Places the form into Update mode for Updating the Alarm Time Matrix
New	Places the form into Insert mode for Adding a new Alarm Time Matrix
Print	Displays a Printable Report for the selected Alarm Time Matrix
Print All	Displays a Printable Report for all of the Alarm Time Matrices
Print Channel List	Displays a Printable Report listing all Channels that have this Alarm Time Matrix assigned to them
Insert	Insert Mode - Validates the page and Adds the Alarm Time Matrix if there are no errors
Update	Update Mode - Validates the page and Updates the Alarm Time Matrix if there are no errors
Cancel	Update / Insert Mode - Cancels the Update or Insert and places the page in View mode
Next	Selects the Next Alarm Time Matrix by Number (Number Not Shown)
