Comparison Reports

Configurable Reports for Comparing the Data for Two (2) Channel's Data Side by Side.

Select Group

Select the Channels to be displayed in the Select Channels list.  Options are All Channels available to the user or a custom, user defined Group of Channels

 

Select Channel 1

Select the first Channel for the Comparison Report.  

Select Channel 2

Select the second Channel for the Comparison Report.  

Select Data By

Select the type of Data for the Report.

 

Options:

  Daily Average

  Monthly Average

Select Report Type

Select how the Data is to be displayed in the Report.

Select Data Type

Select the type of Data to be displayed in the Report.

Note:

The Options "Actual & Average" and "Actual Only" are only available if the Select Data By option "Actual Data" is chosen.

Select Interval

Select the Interval of the Data to be displayed in the Report.  The Interval is the amount of time between each displayed Data Point.

Hours

1,2,4,6,8,12

Note:

Interval is only available when "Actual Data" is selected in the Select Data By field.

Start Date

Enter the Start Date for the Report Data

 

Format:

mm/dd/yyyy

Enter:

Enter the date manually or use the Start Date Calendar

Note:

Year must be greater than or equal to 2008 and Start Date must be less than the End Date

 

End Date

Enter the End Date for the Report Data

 

Format:

mm/dd/yyyy

Enter the date manually or use the End Date Calendar

Note:

Year must be greater than or equal to 2008 and End Date must be greater than the Start Date

 

Start Time

Enter the Start Time for the Report Data

 

Format:

hh:mm

Enter:

Enter the time manually or use the Start Time List

Note:

The time 23:59 will be processed as 23:59:59.  All other times will be processed as having zero (0) seconds.

 

End Time

Enter the End Time for the Report Data

 

Format:

hh:mm

Enter the time manually or use the End Time List

Note:

The time 23:59 will be processed as 23:59:59.  All other times will be processed as having zero (0) seconds.

Select Differential

Select the type of Data to be used for calculating the Differential between the two Channels.  The Differential is the absolute value of the difference between the values of Channel 1 and Channel 2.

Note:

The available options will change depending upon the selected option under Select Data By and Select Data Type.

Select Report Format

Select the desired Format of the Report

 

Report Viewer

Opens the Report with the Report Viewer.  The Report Viewer does not have any print capabilities, but Reports can be Exported to PDF or Excel format from here.

PDF

Generates the Report as a PDF document.

TIFF

Generates the Report as a TIFF document.

Excel

Generates the Report as a Microsoft Excel workbook.

Buttons

View

Initiates the Report processing and opens another window to display the Report.

Save

Opens the Save Report Dialog to save the Selected Report Parameters as a set of User Defined Report Parameters.

Load

Opens the Load Report Dialog to select a set of User Defined Report Parameters.
