The Datatron databases are backed up automatically on a preset schedule. There is also a Manual Backup feature available for a Full Database Backup. The Database is backed up to the C:\Program Files\RDSCI\Backup directory and should be backed up further from here by your IT department to a networked or online backup.

The Datatron Databases can only be restored by authorized R&D Scientific Service personnel.
An Event Report can be generated that shows an Audit Trail of all Backup or Restore operations.
